The swirl free finishes make it perfect for wood, metal and plastic. It has a variable speed control that allows you to adjust the speed from 7,000 to 13,000 orbits per minute depending on the project and material you are working on. The counterweight balance reduces vibration and the ergonomic soft rubber grip reduces operator fatigue allowing you to operate the sander for longer periods of time.
